1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Yominara platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Yominara is a platform for reading and publishing independent manga, novels, and webtoons. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

2. Use of Service

Yominara offers a free platform for reading works published by independent authors. You may browse, read, and interact with the content available on the platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Account

By creating a Yominara account, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password
All activities conducted under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content

4.1 Author Content

Authors who publish on Yominara retain all rights to their original works. By publishing content on the platform, the author grants Yominara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content through the platform.

Authors are solely responsible for the content they publish and must ensure they have all necessary rights to their works.

4.2 License to Use

By publishing content on Yominara, you grant us permission to:

• Host and store your content on our servers • Display your content to other platform users • Create technical copies necessary for service operation • Promote your content within the platform

This license remains in effect while your content is available on the platform and ends when you remove the content, except for technical copies maintained in backups for up to 90 days.

4.3 Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to publish or share content that:

Violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Contains illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code
Violates the privacy of third parties
Is spam or unauthorized advertising

5. Intellectual Property

Yominara and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Yominara and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of such software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. User Conduct

By using Yominara, you agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Falsely represent your identity or affiliation
Collect information from other users without consent
Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities without properly reporting them

7. Limitation of Liability

Yominara provides the service "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Yominara, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Access to or use of or inability to access or use the service • Any conduct or content of third parties on the service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings. Yominara may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish, you may request deletion of your personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
